The NEW SS-3900 EL is a classic CB radio with 40 channels in each of the AM, FM, and SSB bands and also covers CW. 

This radio covers the 40 midband channels, and is renound for its reliability.  (Can be open up for other bands) - 25.615Mhz to 28.305 MHz

The Channel number, and the signal meter light up the rest of the controls are not backlit.
