        天蝶閥門集團多年來,致力于為能源工業提供高質量、高附加值的閥門及相關流體控制產品和服務。歷經十余年不斷創新經營,現已發展成為閥門電動執行器行業大產銷企業之一。這幾年他們卻在苦練內功,推行實施現代化的企業管理模式,不斷改革創新,加大科技創新力度,努力做大閥門產業,依然保持了穩健發展的態勢,在閥門產業規模發展路上再展新的雄風。近,筆者走訪了該公司,與集團總裁梁恩功進行深入交談,他簡要回顧天蝶發展歷程和實施改革創新一些成功做法,以及今后企業發展方向和思路,探討了如何發展閥門產業的一些看法,他高瞻遠矚為我們閥門電動執行器行業發展提出了一些建設性建議。

It has maintained a steady development trend and re-exploited on the scale of valve industry development.Recently, the author visited the company and had an in-depth conversation with Group President Liang Engong. He briefly reviewed the global development process and implemented some successful reform and innovation practices, as well as the direction and thinking of future business development, and discussed some ideas on how to develop the valve industry. Gao Yanyuan proposed some constructive suggestions for the development of our valve industry.

        近筆者去天津參加一個行業會議時,順便走訪了這家企業。來到公司時,企業到處呈現了一派欣欣向榮的景象。在安豐工業園區新建的廠房即將投入使用。在與集團總裁梁恩功交談中,首先回顧了企業發展的三步曲,也見證了天蝶從創業、發展、再轉型發展的創業歷程。他們勇于開拓閥門產業之路,不斷拓展市場,經過10余年的發展經營,現已發展成為擁有8家專業公司、15家持股企業、50多家專業協作廠的閥門行業規模較大專業集團之一。天蝶閥門集團目前專業生產羅托克、伯納德、QT等電動執行器,在電站行業及石油石化行業擁有較大的品牌度與一定的市場份額。

After more than 10 years of development and operation, they have developed into one of the larger professional groups in the valve industry with 8 professional companies, 15 shareholding companies and more than 50 professional cooperative factories. Tandy valve group is currently specializing in the production of "Tandy" brand of nuclear power, thermal power, petroleum and petrochemical, rotork electric actuator , Bernard electric actuator,QT electric actuator ,coal chemical and other series of valves, it has a larger brand awareness and a certain market share in the power plant industry and petroleum and petrochemical industry.

        梁總說:天蝶發展是沒有停步的,在這個同行眾多、廠房擁擠,用工成本高,各項費用猛漲的時代中,如果不在管理上創新,產品上沒有新的開發,不在思想觀念上更新,企業不進則退。

        梁總說:我們天蝶閥門發展可以總結為三個階段,也就是發展的“三步曲”,階段是:起步創業初期。從1997年創業時,當初同行企業不多,市場競爭并不激烈,因而當時經營較為好做。利用自己的實力大膽開拓市場,開辟營銷渠道,使公司產品在當時處于供不應求狀態,企業也有了原始積累。當時的社會經濟主要是粗放型經濟,各方面都沒有形成規范,企業心里考慮到只要滿足訂貨,做好生產與交貨,企業工作效率高、決策快,管理成本低,企業發展也就快。這一階段我們總結為:“我老板說了算,天蝶是我的”。

        但是企業到了2010年,隨著市場經濟發展和天蝶對于市場理解的逐步加深,天蝶閥門的領導層逐漸發現,僅有“企業”、“員工”天蝶無法發展壯大。如果沒有得到用戶、市場的認可,天蝶照樣發展沒后勁。“市場可以沒有天蝶、天蝶不能沒有市場。”梁恩功如是說。
