        天津天蝶閥門有限公司成立于2010年,以電動執行器為主起步。在創立之初,企業在技術上走著仿制的路子,卻因為技術力量的欠缺,生產出來的樣品并不成熟,常常在試驗階段便出現故障,更別提批量化的生產了。為了找出自己的產品和競爭對手產品的差別,梁總特地去購買了一批國外品牌的執行器,將它們拆解開來,逐個逐個原件的對比分析,在不斷的學習和總結下,梁總和他的合作伙伴終于掌握了電動執行器的核心技術,并且拿出了真正屬于他們自己的代產品,而企業在這個時侯已快到了山窮水盡的地步,起步的資金幾乎消耗殆盡,代產品的問世,使得梁總如釋重負,憑借著自己多年以來的人脈,他們的電動執行器被天津的閥門企業陸續采用,伴隨著電動執行器走出了天津,企業終于跨出了創業的步。

At this time, the company was already running out of bounds, and the starting capital was almost exhausted. With the advent of the first generation of products, it made the company feel relieved. Thanks to its many years of contacts, their electric actuators have been used successively by Tianjin's valve companies. With the adjustment valve coming out of Tianjin, the company finally stepped out of business. first step.

        “企業管理是一盤棋,要像下棋一樣管理企業。”梁總這樣提到。社會中各種各樣的職業很多,但有一種職位麻煩,那就是管理。人的脾氣、性格各不相同,要想把人管好,沒有全局觀是很難做到讓所有人都服氣的。在青云儀表,每道工序都有一個小組負責,每個小組都有一名組長,組長們負責接受車間主任的任務指令,并且實行現場生產管理。有一次,上下兩道工序的組長為工作的安排起了爭執,吵吵囔囔十幾分鐘,車間的工人大多停下工來看他們的爭吵。??偟弥闆r后,立即到車間將兩位組長叫了出來,并且安排其他工人繼續工作。他詳細的了解了事情的起因后,對兩位組長卻都是劈頭蓋臉的一頓責備,讓兩位組長都慚愧地低下了頭。事情很簡單,因為工作任務安排的上的分歧導致的爭吵,卻讓車間十幾個工人停產十多分鐘。“大家都是為了工作,并沒有個人因素在里面,卻不能用正確的方式來處理,這就是沒有全局觀。我對他們兩是各打五板,我要讓他們明白,他們的錯誤直接影響到工廠的生產,也直接影響到他們以后對各自小組的管理。”這是梁總說的一個小小的故事,故事雖短卻意味深長。

On one occasion, the leader of the upper and lower two processes had disputes over the arrangement of the work. They had noisy for more than ten minutes. Most of the workers in the workshop stopped to watch their quarrel. After wishing to know the situation,  Liang immediately call the two team leaders to the workshop and arrange for other workers to continue their work. After he understood the cause of the incident in detail, he blamed the two team leaders on the fact that they were arrogant, and that both team leaders bowed their heads. The matter is very simple, because the quarrel caused by the disagreement on the arrangement of the work task caused more than ten workers in the workshop to stop production for more than ten minutes. “Everybody is just for work. There is no personal factor in it, but it cannot be dealt with in the right way. There is no overall view. I have played 50 big boards for them and I want them to understand that their mistakes The direct impact on the factory's production also directly affects their future management of their respective groups." This is a small story that  Liang tell. The story is short but meaningful.

        企業的員工大部分是本地人,也有部分是外地的打工者。在這些外來勞動力中間,時間長的已有六年。筆者很疑惑這些員工梁總是怎么留住的?梁總接著提到,外來員工中,他們看重的就是純收入,其次是企業對他們的關心和福利。在薪資方面,我們所有的員工都是一個標準執行的,不會因為是本地人多給點,外地人少給點。大家在工作上都是平等的,只是崗位的差異而已。在生活上,我特別為外地員工解決宿舍,為所有員工安排工作餐,讓他們不會因為住得太遠,或者因為中餐的就餐,影響上班的效率。平常逢年過節的時侯大家一起加個餐,搞個活動,讓他們不會是因為外地人而感覺到孤單。人都是講感情的,你對他好,他會對你更好,大家相處起來就沒有那么多問題了,人自然容易留得住了。

In my daily life, I especially solved the dormitory for the foreign staff and arranged work-ing meals for all the staff so that they would not be affected by the efficiency of going to work because they lived too far or because of the Chinese food. During the festive seasons, we usually add a meal together and engage in an activity so that they will not feel lonely because of the foreigners. People are talking about feelings. If you are good to him, he will be better for you. There will not be so many problems when you get along. People naturally tend to stay.

         

            服務為本,信譽至上
        Service-oriented, reputation first

        “做生意是開始做產品,后面是做朋友,后就是做人。”這句話在梁總和筆者的談話中重復多的一句話。在任何一筆生意開始的時侯,大家都不熟悉,雙方肯定是圍繞著產品在做交流的,這個時侯重要的就是產品的質量和售后服務。因為我們本身對自己的產品的質量監管嚴格,同時也因為我們有那么一套跟蹤反饋的程序。在不斷地與客戶溝通反饋和處理問題的過程中,雙方就越來越熟悉了,大家也就慢慢成了朋友。朋友之間的交往肯定比一般的客戶關系的交往多得多,這個時侯雙方的合作完全就是信譽了,換句話說就是做人,我做人一直就遵循著“人一定要講信譽”的準則,所以這么多年來,我的客戶變成朋友的越來越多。

        當然,任何時侯重要的一點就是產品質量要靠得住。前面我也提到了我們的技術的改進、革新,其實終目的就是一個:不斷滿足客戶的需求!
