        在,以工業局域網技術為基礎的工廠自動化工程技術在近十年來得到了長足的發展,作為自動控制中自動化儀表之一的電動執行器為適應這一發展趨勢,也應具有標準的串行通信接口,如RS-232或RS-422接口等,和的局域網接口,以增強其與其它控制設備間的互聯能力,只需要一根電纜或光纜,就可以將數臺、甚至數十臺電動執行器與上位計算機連接成為整個數控系統?,F場總線是安裝在生產過程區域的現場設備/儀表與控制室內的自動控制裝置/系統之間的一種串行、數字式、多點通信的數據總線。

        In the world, the factory automation engineering technology based on industrial LAN technology has achieved considerable development in the last ten years. As one of the automation instruments in automatic control, the electric actuator should have a standard serial communication interface to meet this development trend, such as RS-232 or RS-422 interfaces, and dedicated LAN interfaces to enhance their ability to interconnect with other control devices. There is only required a single cable or optical cable, and several or even dozens of electric actuators can be connected with the upper computer to become the whole CNC system. The field bus is a serial, digital, multi-point communication data bus between the field device/instrument and the automatic control device/system in the control room installed in the production process area.

        現場總線企業網作為今后控制系統的發展方向,以其所具有的開放性,網絡化等優點,使它與Interent的結合成為可能,現場總線技術應用于電動執行器成為必然趨勢 。

        現場總線技術的應用,取代了傳統的4~20mA模擬信號,實現了電動執行器的遠程監控,狀態、故障、參數信息傳送,完成遠程參數化工作,提高了它的可靠性,降低了系統及工程成本。目前有影響的現場總線主要有PROFIBUS,FF,HART,CAN等,其實,國外目前的智能電動執行器一般都帶有現場總線接口,我國也開發了一些帶現場總線接口的智能型電動執行器。

At present, the influential fieldbuses are PROFIBUS, FF, HART, CAN and so on. Actually, foreign current intelligent electric actuators generally have field bus interfaces, and China has also developed some smart actuators with field bus interfaces.
